By accessing this website and submitting an application for financing, you ("the Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IMM Fund Inc.

2. Nature of Services

IMM Fund Inc. provides financial products including cash advances and direct-to-attorney funding for legal expenses. We assist clients in obtaining funding for various needs, including legal services rendered by third-party professional lawyers.

We do not offer legal advice. Any relationship formed with IMM Fund is that of a lender/funder and borrower, not an attorney-client relationship. You should consult with your own legal counsel regarding your case.

3. Application Fees & Payment Policy

Non-Refundable Application Fee To process your request for financing, IMM Fund charges a one-time application processing fee via credit card. This fee covers the administrative costs of identity verification, document validation, and underwriting risk assessment.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS FEE IS FULLY EARNED UPON RECEIPT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the outcome of your application (approved, denied, or withdrawn).

The payment is for the service of reviewing and processing your application, not for the guarantee of funding.

4. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate denial of your application and potential legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMM Fund Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, or for any legal outcomes related to the cases for which funding is sought.
