1. Identity Verification
We may require you to provide identification documents, such as a passport, national ID, driver’s license, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and other supporting materials. We may use third-party providers to help verify your identity.
2. Source of Funds and Additional Information
In some cases, we may request additional information regarding the source of funds, banking relationships, employment, or financial history. This information helps us evaluate risk and comply with AML requirements.
3. Monitoring and Reporting
We may monitor transactions and account activity for suspicious patterns. Where required by law, we may file reports with relevant authorities or take other steps to address suspicious activity. We are generally prohibited from informing you if such a report is filed.
4. Refusal or Termination of Service
IMM Fund may decline or terminate Services if:
- We are unable to verify your identity;
- Requested information is not provided;
- We have reason to believe activity may be illegal or inconsistent with AML laws;
- Required by law or regulatory directive.
5. Data Handling
Information collected for KYC/AML purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be retained for legally mandated periods.
