Appliances, HVAC, filtration, and essential systems are funded through verified vendors and certified installers—payments go directly to them.

Authorized Vendors

  • We disburse only to verified retailers and service companies.
  • Vendor bank details are validated before payment.
  • Helps prevent fraud and protects the borrower.

Certified Installation

  • Repairs and installs must be done by qualified professionals.
  • Examples: HVAC contractor, plumber, electrician, filtration installer.
  • We may request license/insurance details where applicable.

Direct-to-Provider Payment

  • We require an invoice/estimate and pay providers directly.
  • No cash proceeds are routed through the borrower.
  • Everything stays traceable and compliant.
